Chandra Lacy overcame the incredible hurdles of being a domestic abuse survivor to become the owner of over 90 doors. An expert across all things real estate - from flipping to development to buying and selling, Chandra is passionate about teaching women to defy life’s obstacles and invest in real estate to create residual income. She works across multiple markets and has achieved enormous success across her diverse portfolio.

 

Avery speaks with Chandra about how she got her foot in the door, and how she was able to overcome the terrible circumstances that she was facing to become the amazing woman that she is today. They additionally speak about the techniques that she used to expand her portfolio - as well as tips for breaking into niche markets like nurse rentals and mobile homes. Avery and Chandra have a deep conversation about the dangers of self inflicted limitation and the importance of building your network and not letting anything hold you back.
