Show Notes

Emir Dukic is a man of many skills. He operates Rabbu out of Charlotte, NC, which not only offers premier, top-notch vacation rentals but also maintains a highly diverse portfolio across Southeast USA that helps standardize and generate data from a highly unpredictable and ever-changing industry. Rabbu functions as a full-service rental management platform that helps property investors make the most out of their investments. A survivor of war and cancer, Emir has reached great success despite the enormous hurdles that he has had to surpass to get there.

Avery speaks with Emir about his path to getting into the STR rental industry, as well as the basis with which he founded his company Rabbu. They speak specifically about the southeastern rental market and why it is such a hot spot amongst rental owners. They discuss the different services that Rabbu offers and the urban and vacation markets in which it operates. Amir shares his tips on finding the very vest properties, as well as how to choose a STR business path that is both successful, but not too heavily swayed by the decisions of others.
