On this episode of the Short Term Show, Avery interviews Oscar Viteri, an immigrant from Ecuador who has built a successful real estate portfolio in Wisconsin. Oscar shares his journey from medical school in South America to moving to the U.S. with his wife and delving into real estate investing. Despite being new to the industry, they have already grown their portfolio to three properties in Wisconsin while managing from Iowa. Oscar also discusses how they ended up in Iowa and why they decided to stay in the Midwest.
